July 20 - A day to remember

The views of the lake front were spectacular. My favorite photo is the one of the city of Milwaukee in the background.

We continued to feast at North Point Custard. Margaret was determined to find her old hangout and indulge. I wasn't hungry but could not resist.

By late afternoon we had cycled 40 miles and returned to the dorm at Marquette University. I was also meeting my friend Cathy Benjamin who lives here. Again, I didn't think I was hungry but enjoyed reminiscing with her over dinner. I guess this day proves that bikers need fuel to cycle.
