This morning we rode in a van, not a bicycle, on our day off in Rapid City. We toured Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park. In the park we stopped the van so that a herd of Buffalo could cross the road!
In Rapid City, I loved walking through a gallery called Prairie Edge. My favorite art piece was a cast paper sculpture by Allen Eckman. The photo above is only a section of his masterpiece but very appropriate after seeing Buffalo in the park.
